9:00am – Wake up and enjoy breakfast at Windows
The buffet-style restaurant serves international specialty items and classic favorites overlooking the sea. There’s something to please everyone here—even the pickiest eaters in the family!
10:30am – Head to the beach or pool
Sunscape Akumal is set on a stunning strip of white sand beach with proximity to the historic and ecological wonders of Tulum and Cobá. Sunscape Akumal is home to 5 shimmering pools – 3 Sun Club pools, a kid’s pool, and activities pool. For those looking for something a little more active than lounging by the pool, there’s plenty to keep you busy. From aqua aerobics to kayaks to snorkeling or taking paddleboards out, there’s no shortage of water activities to choose from.
1:00pm – Lunch time!
Can’t get the kids out of the pool or off the beach? Don’t worry! Swing by Barefoot Grill for casual grilled favorites served poolside.
2:00pm – Mid-day pick me up?
Grab a coffee from our Coco Café, open 24 hours.
2:30pm – Drop the kids off at the Explorer’s Club for Kids or the Core Zone for Teens
Younger travelers will love spending time at the Explorer’s Club for Kids, which offers everything from a playground to sand castle competitions to arts & crafts to movie nights. Meanwhile, the Core Zone Teens Club offers socials, guided bicycle tours, movies, karaoke nights and board + TV games. Parents can rest easy knowing their kids are in good hands and they can rest extra easy if they head to the spa after dropping their kids off.
4:30 – Go back to pre-historic times at Rex Dino Land
With access to Casa Maya, a waterpark, bonfire, arcade family room, dinosaurs at every turn, a trampoline and food truck, the fun never stops here!
6:00pm – Dinner time
Enjoy having dinner at any of the numerous options available. Go for traditional Italian at Da Mario or Portofino, feast on Mediterranean cuisine at The Olive Branch or opt for Mexican at Tiki Taco.
7:00pm – Take a small siesta in your Sun Club room
You can get extra cozy in your room with preferential status and amenities. Rejuvenate with a drink from your upgraded mini-bar, refreshed daily. You’ll be well rested and ready to head back out for more fun in no time.
8:30pm – Head to the theater and enjoy a variety of nightly shows
From the Fire Show to the Circus Show, there’s exciting performances for all that will wow children and adults alike.
