Algajola Castle, northwest Corsica
Discover the delightful Mediterranean village of Algajola
The seaside village of Algajola sits just 20 minutes from the airport, on the northwest coast of the island. Known for its historic castle overlooking the Mediterranean, pretty red-roofed old town and big, sandy beaches, this is the dream destination for a family holiday in Corsica.
Also, if you want to go exploring the historic Roman port of Calvi, as well as other charming Corsican towns and lovely beaches, are only a scenic train ride away, and you have the remarkable countryside of the Balagne all around you too: no surprise cycling is very popular with families here.
The winning family will be staying in a two bedroom, two shower-room, self-catering apartment in Apartments Santa Vittoria. Along with your own fully-equipped kitchen and cosy living area, the apartment has a private balcony with views over the sea and nearby hills. It’s also only a short walk from Algajola historic centre, with its cobblestone streets and friendly, family restaurants.
Needless to say, beach days are big on holidays to Corsica, and Algajola delivers brilliantly on those too.

To enter our Serenity Holidays’ competition just answer the question below.
The full prize is a 7-night, self-catering holiday for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 16 or younger) in a two-bedroom apartment in Apartments Santa Vittoria in Algajola, Corsica. Also included are return flights for four from London Stansted to Calvi Airport on a Serenity Holidays’ charter, with a 23kg baggage allowance per person and in-flight snacks.
Transfers between Calvi Airport and Algajola are part of the prize too, and a Serenity Holidays’ Welcome Pack will be waiting for you on arrival at your apartment.
