Family Traveller Excellence Awards 2019
Now in its fifth year, the Family Traveller Awards recognised the industry’s most innovative brands and products within the family travel space. The awards returned in 2019 with a fresh format and a headline sponsor, Ayla, the newest and most exciting destination in Jordan.
The 2019 awards evolved and instead of focusing on traditional categories such as best destination and best kids club, Family Traveller asked the industry and our readers to nominate initiatives which go above and beyond for families. It doesn’t matter how big or small the initiative or organisation, how luxury or affordable, how exotic or local, the key criteria is the ability to delight, entertain and inspire families on holidays or days out.
50 of the world’s top travel experiences and attractions have been crowned winners in the newly formatted Family Traveller Excellence Awards, hosted by renowned singer-songwriter and mum of five, Sophie Ellis-Bextor. The event was held at the spectacular Natural History Museum Ice Rink in South Kensington, London, on Wednesday 13 November 2019.
