With one of the largest kids’ clubs in Mauritius, Shangri-La Le Touessrok has a new weekly programme of activities, focused around sport, education, art and culture.

Here, children aged from four to 12 have the chance to make new friends, learn skills, and challenge themselves, through cooking classes, arts and crafts. Discovering Mauritian instruments is another club highlight, along with access to a range of water sports, such as kayaking, kitesurfing, hobie cats, glass bottom boats and fishing.

Although, if all that isn’t exciting enough, try treasure hunts, golf, tennis, beach games, pool parties and even movie nights at the resort’s outdoor cinema.

What’s more, the hotel’s very own Tortoise Cove is home to ​​three giant Aldabra tortoises – Toto, Fifi, & Lola – three new friends who will help children make magical holiday memories.

Opening later in 2023, Chablé Yucatan’s kids club is inspired by the Mayan myth of the Aluxes: a tale of little spirits who cause mischief whilst caring for the region’s agriculture.

With elevated pathways winding through the trees, the club allows the wildness of the Yucatan jungle to take centre stage. Alternatively, children can grow vegetables in ka’anchés (traditional Mayan gardens) or watch movies under the leafy tree canopy. Learning experiences include stargazing on astronomy themed nights,  as well as theatre, photography, pottery and henequen weaving workshops.

Set in the hills between Malaga and Marbella, La Zambra is the former iconic Byblos hotel: a renowned 80s and 90s favourite for rockstars from Mick Jagger to Julio Iglesias.

With a complimentary childcare, the baby club is for infants between six months and three years old and managed by specially trained staff.
