The Bahamas Welcoming $250-Million Margaritaville Resort

Margaritaville Resorts, an extension of Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville restaurants and brand, has announced it will bring its destination resort to Nassau, Bahamas. The $250-million, six-acre development has already broken ground and will begin a phased opening in 2019.

Margaritaville at The Pointe will feature a new 150-room Margaritaville Beach Resort; 150 luxury oceanfront residences – 100 of which will be branded One Particular Harbour at The Pointe; a 45-slip marina; a water park with surf simulator, children’s splash area and lazy river; multiple pools; the St. Somewhere Spa; an entertainment center with an outdoor performance stage, movie theater and bowling alley; signature Margaritaville food and beverage concepts; open-air concept retail shops; a kid’s club; private beach with cabanas and more.

Designed to meet all the needs of discerning vacationers, boaters and home owners, One Particular Harbour at The Pointe will feature the most luxurious residences in downtown Nassau. Each residence will offer an unobstructed ocean view and a private eight-foot wide glass balcony, overlooking the turquoise waters of the Caribbean. Floor plans include one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts with living, dining and bedroom spaces.

Margaritaville currently features 11 destination resorts/hotels across the Southeast United States and Caribbean and 23 additional locations under construction or in active development.
