Your family trip to LEGOLAND® just got easier and more exciting. Recently opened in Carlsbad, California, family adventure fit for royalty awaits at the new LEGOLAND® Castle Hotel. With 250 rooms — including 20 suites — steps from the entrance to LEGOLAND® California, you’re sure to enjoy a fun-filled family trip.
Are you a royal princess? A heroic knight? A magical wizard? You can play your part at the new LEGOLAND® Castle Hotel. Upon entering the colorful resort, guests will first step into a grand hall where they are met by a LEGO wizard before taking a magical levitating lift (elevator) to one of three different floors where themed adventures await. In the Princess rooms, woodland animals such as butterflies, squirrels, owls and song birds (all made of LEGO, of course) are found. In the Knight rooms, guests are surrounded by dragons and knights as they prepare to go into battle to defend the king’s castle and protect the king’s treasure. In the Wizard rooms, guests discover how magic is used to protect the king’s treasure with the use of giggling potions and spells. Young imaginations will be swirling with excitement.
After spending a day at the LEGOLAND® resort, the family fun continues. From the minute they arrive, families are immersed into a castle experience and treated to LEGO® models throughout the entire resort. LEGO® dragons, swords, crossbows, helmets and woodland animals such as butterflies, cats and field mice are just some of the more than 2,000 LEGO® models that Master Model Builders have installed. Children and their families can also enjoy entertainment in the Royal Courtyard, LEGO® building stations throughout, interactive water play features by the pool, a royal-themed restaurant and appearances by LEGOLAND® characters. Sure to please kids of all ages is an open-air screening area where families can stretch out and enjoy LEGO® movies on the big screen. Come one, come all: an enchanting adventure awaits.
Park admission is not included unless you upgrade to a special package.
