Orlando will soon welcome its first sandy beach when the new Margaritaville Resort Orlando opens later this year. The latest addition is its community of cottages, which are second-home offerings that will be a benefit to the guests. Now families will have vacation rental options that provide a private space for families with all the resort amenities that will keep the entire family happy.

Slated to open in late 2018, Margaritaville Resort Orlando will offer a 12-acre water park, resort-style pool, the only soft sand beach in Central Florida, a 187-room hotel and 1,000 vacation cottages. Each vacation cottage captures the laid-back spirit of the tropics, offering a social community with tropical garden paths that wind through gathering spots, so neighbors can meet each other. Owners can choose from a variety of furniture packages designed by iconic furniture company Ethan Allen to personalize their piece of paradise. Homes are equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, smart TV’s, dinnerware, linens and staying true to the Margaritaville lifestyle – a Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker.
