Atlanta’s Great Wolf Lodge Set to Open in May

Georgia is welcoming the 15th location of one of the country’s largest indoor water park resorts with a grand opening on May 31, 2018. Great Wolf Lodge Georgia, located in La Grange, just outside of Atlanta, will offer all of the great attractions, activities, dining, accommodations, games and more.

What can you expect to find at Great Wolf Lodge Georgia?

  • 457 guest rooms and suites, including eight suite types, from Family Suites that sleep five in two queen-sized beds and a pull-out twin sofa sleeper to premium suites that sleep up to 13 with separate bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as themed suites like the KidCabin Suite and Wolf Den Suite.
  • 100,000-square-foot indoor water parks including the multi-level interactive Fort Mackenzie water treehouse, lazy river, wave pool, zero-depth-entry pools, water rides and attractions, and kid water play areas.
  • A massive outdoor pool with additional water attractions, including an adult-only area.
  • The 40,000-square-foot Great Wolf Adventure Park, a full-service family entertainment center featuring the Howlers Peak Ropes Course, Howl In One Miniature Golf Course, Ten Paw Alley family bowling, Northern Lights Arcade, and Rustic Ridge, a multi-story rock wall.
  • MaqiQuest, the brand’s exclusive live-action adventure game where guests scour the resort using magic wands to uncover relics and runes needed to defeat dragons and goblins.
  • Scooops Kids Spa, the perfect place for ice cream-themed manicures and pedicures.
  • Several restaurants and food outlets onsite including Barnwood, whose menu is sourced from within a 100-mile radius of the resort ensuring freshness and an ever-changing array of dishes based on seasonality, and Hungry as a Wolf, which serves handcrafted pizza and pasta.
