Fast tracking family excitement at Kandima Maldives

What’s even more exciting for kids than a holiday to the beautiful natural playground of the Maldives? All of the above, plus a professional go-kart track! On 15th November, Kandima Maldives launch Fast Track, the Maldives’ first-ever professional-grade electric go-kart track, set against the spectacular backdrop of the Indian Ocean. The 500-metre track is the longest, fastest, and most exhilarating karting experience in the region, perfect for families who love adrenaline sports and doing something excitingly different on their beach holiday. Plus, the beautiful setting means that even if you’re watching your kids having fun from the sidelines, the views are just as enthralling.

More track = more speed, and more fun

With speeds soaring up to 80 km per hour, no less than twelve hair-raising turns, and an eco-conscious electric kart system so the ‘vrooms’ don’t cause noise pollution in such lovely surroundings, Fast Track promises to be more than just a karting experience – it’s a high-speed adventure in paradise. Kandima’s Fast Track is the first and longest asphalt track in the Maldives, at 500 metres – meaning more excitement for racers, on laps packed with adventure.

Kandima Maldives: revving up for safety and comfort

Safety and comfort get top billing in Kandima’s specially designed karts, featuring adjustable seating, safety barriers, and full seat belts. With three marshal posts strategically positioned around the track, racers feel secure whilst embracing their inner Lewis Hamilton. This attention to detail, combined with Kandima’s renowned service and innovative design, means families can breathe easy and enjoy the ride (or their children’s ride!). A full safety briefing is provided before every session, with a friendly team on hand to offer guidance on kart handling, track navigation and driving techniques, to ensure everyone has a great time.

The karts are equipped with adjustable speed settings, making them suitable for juniors and families as well as seasoned thrill-seekers. Also, for a more immersive experience, Kandima is set to offer Mini Grand Prix and Grand Prix packages that include qualifying rounds, gridding, and a full race experience.

The go-karting starts at just $35 USD for a 10-minute session, with exclusive packages available for couples, families, and groups.
