This enormous gallery houses over 600 works of art in its permanent collection ranging from indigenous Pacific Nations’ art and sculpture to works by Gauguin, Matisse, Rodin and Picasso. Unsurprisingly, it’s one of the top attractions in Nusa Dua.
Although, if you want a day away from the coast, Ubud is another fascinating experience that’s within easy driving distance of Nusa Dua. Kids will love the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary here, the countryside is spectacular if you’re up for a walk, or a cycle, and it’s the place to see some of Bali’s most beautiful temples and palaces, as well as shadow puppet shows.
