I ran down a mountain and jumped off it beneath me I could see everything under my feet, the roads and the trees. Luckily I was paragliding for the first time. It was amazing. I felt just like I was flying. I was attached to a man who was controlling the canopy (that’s the big parachute on the top). At the start I was so scared but I was fine.

Me and my family were staying in a lovely and amazing chalet. It has  a Jacuzzi and a sauna. The bedrooms were wonderful. They had their own bathrooms, which I thought was great.

My brother and I went to a place called X.FLY where we did a zip wire which was really good. WE both jumped off 5m high and I was brave and jumped off 8m high. I was so happy. I jumped off and landed but it was so scary. As well we did a summer luge which was great.  We went up in a lift which took us up to the top of a mountain. Me, my daddy and my brother thought that it wouldn’t be so cold but it was freezing cold. We were only in shorts and jumpers and we were about 3,000 m high. It was so weird because there was still snow in the summertime. The view was lovely. We could see nearly all the mountains, but we didn’t stay too long because it was so cold!

Another day we went to get some bikes, because we were going to do some mountain biking. The first time we went up was quite scary. I don’t know why I was scared, because I had loads of pads everywhere. But I really enjoyed it. I went down a second time and it was fun. And later me, my daddy and my brother went down a long one and I fell over on the edge. I didn’t break anything but it hurt.

My mum who was a bit scared did not want to come down with us. So instead she took an electric bike and she loved it, because it was so easy to go up the hills. Near the end of the week we went to an outdoor ice-skating rink that was quite big but not the biggest I’ve ever seen. So we got our ice-skating shoes on and we went on the ice-skating rink. After a bit my eyes started to hurt because the ground was so bright (in the ice rink). So my dad gave me his sunglasses which were ginormous on my head. I hope we can go back there very very soon because it was so good.
