NY Ice Wine & Culinary Festival

February 24th

The NY Ice Wine & Culinary Festival, hosted by Casa Larga Vineyards, will celebrate the sweet dessert wines produced from grapes that have been left to freeze naturally on the vine. The festival offers guests ice wine samples from a variety of New York wineries, an ice wine infused menu, horse-drawn wagon rides through the vineyard, ice wine tours and seminars, chef cook-offs, and more.

 

South Beach Wine and Food Festival

February 21-25

The 17th annual Food Network & Cooking Channel South Beach Wine and Food Festival is a national, star-studded, five-day destination event showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities. The festival will kick-off at the new Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach, with a BBQ Dinner hosted by world barbeque champion Chris Lilly and Executive Chef Jorge Ramos. The resort will also be the home to an ultimate poolside clambake event with iconic Chef Emeril Lagasse.

 

Charleston Wine and Food Festival

February 28-March 4

Visitors can celebrate Charleston’s local flavors and rich history during the Charleston Wine and Food Festival, where offerings from award-wining chefs, beverage connoisseurs and artisans will be showcased. Many local businesses are joining in on the celebration, including The Bar at The Spectator. Emanating the exuberance of the 1920s speakeasy and vitality of Charleston’s Historic District, The Bar will be adding an festival exclusive cocktail to their menu, “When Doves Cry.”

 

Fort Worth Food & Wine Festival

April 5-8

Attendees of Fort Worth Food and Wine Festival can really get to know the southwestern city as they make their way from one event to another to try some of the best food and drink the area has to offer, such as spice-filled barbecue and creative tacos. The weekend also spotlights local musicians and some of Fort Worth’s brightest culinary stars, including former Top Chef Masters participant Tim Love.

 

Finger Lakes Wine Festival

July 13-15

The largest showcase of New York State wines with over 90 wineries, the Finger Lakes Wine Festival fuses wine tasting with regional artisans, music, culinary classes, and breweries. Friday night is Toga Night where patrons are encouraged to show up in Greek toga apparel as Bacchus blesses the festival in all its wino glory. Enjoy one-stop sipping and shopping with over 600 wines, a beer garden, and gourmet food.

Poipu Food & Wine Festival

November 8-12

Travelers should plan ahead to attend the 2018 Poipu Food & Wine Festival (PFWF) to taste all that Hawaii has to offer, attend cooking classes and watch as Executive Chefs from restaurants such as Merriman’s Fish House and Eating House go head to head in a Chef Challenge at the festival’s Culinary Market.
