St. Kitts’ Park Hyatt Opens

The first Park Hyatt to debut in the Caribbean has opened in St. Kitts today. The 126-room Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour accepted its first visitors to its luxury property on Banana Bay.

The new property boasts three signature restaurants, two pools, large rooms and suites, and the 37,000-plus-square-foot Miraval Life in Balance Spa. Says General Manager Flor van de Vaart, “We are confident guests will enjoy highly personalized service amidst our luxurious and sophisticated environment.”

Of the 126 rooms, 48 are suites, including a three-bedroom Presidential Villa with personal butler, private chef and private infinity pool. All accommodations provide Caribbean views and private balconies and terraces. Dining options include the Colonial Home-styled Great House, the waterfront Fisherman’s Village, and the adults-only Stone Barn.

While staying at Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour, guests can enjoy special “journeys” to integrated into the local culture with immersive excursions to the island’s plantations, rainforests, and towns. Younger guests can enjoy Camp Hyatt’s Island Fort, which offers a supervised program with educational activities and an introduction to the island’s culture.

Reservations are now being accepted. Please note that holiday visits in December require a seven-night minimum stay.
