SeaWorld’s Aquatica water park in Orlando is adding more thrills and splashing adventures for families, including a new 3-in-1 family ride, Ray Rush.

Ray Rush, standing nearly 60 feet in height, launches the entire family on a raft ride 33 feet per second through enclosed tubes, a sphere and halfpipe drop for a unique ride that combines three different water slides into one.
“Ray Rush will offer a ride experience you won’t be able to get anywhere else in Florida. Aquatica will be the first waterpark in the state to combine these three unique elements into one attraction” said Cathy Valeriano, Aquatica Orlando vice president. “Ray Rush is the perfect addition to our attraction portfolio, complementing what is already one of the most family-friendly waterslide lineups in Orlando.”
The new attraction replaces the HooRoo Run, which closes permanently at the end of this month. Walhalla Wave will temporarily close to accommodate construction of the new ride, reopening in the spring when Ray Rush reveals itself in 2018.
