The beloved Disney tale of a Parisian rat who loves to cook in the film “Ratatouille” will come to Disney’s Epcot in time for Walt Disney World Resort’s 50th anniversary. Currently a mini-land at Disneyland Paris, Ratatouille will find a second home in the expanding France Pavilion at Epcot.
Epcot’s pavilions showcase various countries to allow visitors to get a taste of each through restaurants, attractions, entertainment and more. As the France Pavilion expands, it will include a new Ratatouille ride. Ratatouille: The Adventure will be a similar version of the 4D attraction that first opened in Paris in 2014, allowing riders to “shrink” to the size of Remy, the rat, to scurry across Paris restaurants.
Walt Disney World Resort will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2021.
