Knott’s Berry Farm Announces New Coaster

The PEANUTS Gang will celebrate at Knott’s Berry Farm in 2018 when the theme park debuts its dive coaster. Not only a first for the Anaheim, California, park, but for the West Coast.

HangTime will feature the steepest drop in California on a ride that will send riders up a hill into a 15-story, 96-degree drop before coming to a halt and suspending riders for a few seconds until the final desertion on the 2,189-foot steel track. The new coaster will have five gravity-defying inversions and will be only the second coaster in the Western Hemisphere to feature a negative-g stall loop.

HangTime will debut in summer of 2018.
