Pick Me Up graphic arts festival, London

Last updated 3rd January 2017

Get crafty

This May bank holiday weekend, hop on down to Somerset House in London to catch the last weekend of Pick Me Up. The inspiring graphic arts festival is in its seventh year and there is lots to keep the kids busy. On Saturday 30 April, Okido magazine is hosting several digital art sessions where kids transform their bodies into an active iPad animation. Monday sees Blast Skates running workshops for kids to get really creative designing their own deck designs for their skateboards. There is plenty for the adults too, with workshops and art from some of the UK’s best illustrators and designers.

Mum and dads can get a caffeine fix at FARM:shop, the festival’s cafe, and the whole family can tuck into fresh and healthy food, prepared using local ingredients.
