“What do you want to be when you grow up?” Kids who answer the question with firefighter, police officer, artist or pilot don’t have to wait until they’re older to bring their dreams to life. With over 60 real life role-play activities, kids can experience these careers and others right now at KidZania.
KidZania is now open in Westfield London. On 25 June, the exciting new attraction welcomed 300 local children keen to charge onto the streets of the child-size city and try out life as a professional adult.
The activities offered at KidZania give children the opportunity to discover a world of opportunities through role-play that promotes teamwork and independence, financial literacy and essential life-skills. The indoor play area is designed to empower children, give them confidence and change the way kids enjoy educational entertainment. With child-sized fire departments, hospitals, beauty salons and other professional establishments kids will not only have a brilliant day of play, they will also gain a better understanding of the world.
KidZania London Chairman Joel Cadbury, says: “KidZania London will be an experience like no other, throughout its development we have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure the City is as authentic and true to the real-world as possible…opening the eyes of future generations to a myriad of possibilities they may have otherwise never known existed.”
KidZania is the perfect summer holiday activity for families with kids from the age of four to 14 and since education is at the heart of everything KidZania does there are reduced prices and travel schemes for UK schools. KidZania is also available for birthday parties or any events.
