If you can find time amidst all the fun, refuel on some traditional cuisine at the Eat-Japan Food Show, where there’ll be sushi, ramen, yakisoba, and other street food favourites being served. Elsewhere, at the HARRO Food Show – a must-see for serious foodies – feast your eyes on new ingredients and explore behind the scenes of your favourite dishes.
