Luxury hoteliers, Palladium Hotel Group, will be opening their next family-friendly property – Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa – on the northeast of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula on 1 November 2018.
Located in the beautiful area of Costa Mujeres – said to be one of the hidden treasures of Mexico – the five-star resort will be surrounded by pristine white-sand beaches, clear turquoise waters and lush green landscapes. Whilst enjoying this beautiful setting, guests can rest assured that Palladium Hotel Group are dedicated to sustainable tourism in all aspects to ensure minimal impact on this stunning environment.
Each room will boast a balcony or terrace overlooking the impressive views of the resort and out to sea, whilst some rooms will even include ‘swim-up’ pools or hydro-massage hot tubs on their private balconies. Families can especially look forward to small touches for their little ones such as mini-bathrobes and slippers, cookies and milk turndown service, in-room video games on request and a personalised mini-bar with special drinks.
Outside of the rooms, choose between a complete digital detox or a digitally connected holiday (or a compromise hybrid of the two!) at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa. Families an enjoy a reserved family beach area with waiter service, a lounge with board games, computers and video games, as well as their own ‘family host’ as a point of contact throughout their stay.
When it comes to activities, the resort will offer snorkelling and diving to experience the vibrant coral reefs of the area, live shows in an open-air amphitheatre, three kids clubs and numerous pools, plus yoga, pilates and tennis. The impressive tennis centre, designed by Rafa Nadal, will offer tennis camps and private tuition, but if you want to branch out into other active pursuits, you’ll find a football pitch, paddle court and a gym, all alongside a sports bar to catch up on the latest action.
