Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort and Spa in Dubai gets a makeover

The lowdown

Accommodation: The first stage of the renovation included the re-development and re-design of 108 rooms in Tower One and public areas, as well as the introduction of  a new 24-hour butler service.

All of the new rooms in Tower one feature walk-in showers and bathtubs, touch-screen panels, extensive entertainment networks including two LED TVs, a media hub and high-speed internet access.

Food: There are also two new concept restaurants at Le Royal Méridien. Geales, a version of London’s urban seafood restaurant and wine lounge by Concept Venues and Zengo, a Pan-Oriental restaurant by celebrity chef Richard Sandoval.
