Between its stunning setting and endless fun for kids, a family holiday in Rhodes at Lindos Princess Beach Resort & Spa took Rochelle Streater completely by surprise.

Lindos Princess Beach Resort & Spa
We knew we were in for a memorable family holiday in Rhodes the moment we arrived at Lindos Princess Beach Resort & Spa to find our beachside room overlooked the gardens, golden sands, and crystal clear Aegean: a view that instantly set the tone for our entire stay.

The perfect setting for our first family holiday in Rhodes
As well as the our room being spacious and thoughtfully designed, it was filled with small, yet meaningful, touches that made it perfect for our family. Also, the side panel on our youngest daughter’s bed was a great addition, giving us peace of mind, and the sweet treats waiting for us were very welcome after our flight. In fact, the attention to detail in the room made settling in effortless, and we particularly appreciated the ample storage space, well-placed charging points and the comfortable seating area for winding down in the evenings.

Non-stop entertainment makes Lindos Beach Resort & Spa perfect for families
But what truly set Lindos Princess Beach Resort & Spa apart was the sheer number of things to do, meaning there was always something to keep the kids entertained from morning until evening. The resort offers mini golf, water sports and boules, as well as three pools, a fantastic play park, volleyball, archery, basketball and football courts, plus a shooting range and fitness arena.
On top of all that, the fun entertainment team organised a different family activity every day, so there was never a dull moment, which suited us perfectly.
The evening entertainment was another highlight, starting with a mini disco where the children got involved immediately, then followed up with interactive games and a brilliant performance to round things off. Our daughters couldn’t wait to finish their dinner each night so they could grab the best seats and jump on stage. Watching their confidence grow throughout the holiday was an unexpected joy and one of our favourite memories.

A chilled Rhodes holiday for parents and an activity holiday for kids
The kids’ club was equally impressive, with a packed schedule of activities tailored to different seasons, so there was always something fun happening.
We visited near Halloween and the team had organised a trick-or-treat event around the hotel, which was a big hit with kids of all ages and the last thing we expected on a family holiday in Rhodes.
As a bonus for us, parents could either drop their children off and then enjoy some downtime or stay and take part: a flexible and stress-free approach that echoed the overall vibe of Lindos Princess Beach Resort & Spa.

A special mention has to go to the food at Lindos Princess Beach Resort & Spa
Dining at all-inclusive Lindos Princess Beach Resort & Spa was an experience in itself, starting with the buffet at the main restaurant which offered a wide selection, catering to every taste. Freshly prepared dishes, local Greek delicacies, and plenty of international choices meant there was something for everyone.
Additionally, we had the option to dine at two speciality restaurants during our family holiday in Rhodes, which allowed us to vary our evenings and gave us the chance to experience different cuisines in a more intimate setting. And there was also a good variety of child-friendly options, which definitely made mealtimes more relaxed and enjoyable.
The snack bars dotted around the resort were another big plus, and kept us refuelled throughout the day, and from a relaxed mid-morning coffee to quick, but frequent, ice cream stops for the kids, it was all very welcome.

A store of quirky memories to take home from our family holiday in Rhodes
Beyond the fantastic amenities and activities, the resort itself is breathtaking, and the entrance, with its traditional Greek architectural style, made a striking first impression.
One unexpected favourite for the kids was the dome in the reception area; when they stood directly underneath and clapped, it created an echo only they could hear. Naturally, we had to try that too, and it became one of those small, quirky memories that made our family holiday in Rhodes even more special.

Lucky you, there are newly designed rooms for 2025
The lush, well-maintained gardens and pristine beachfront gave the resort a true escapist feel, and walking through the grounds you could see the care and effort put into every detail, from the perfectly manicured lawns to the stylish outdoor seating areas where families could chill and admire the surroundings.
Lindos Princess Beach Resort & Spa has recently completed a renovation, and we were lucky enough to get a sneak preview of the newly designed rooms. If what we saw is anything to go by, the resort will be an even better choice this year for a family holiday in Rhodes. The new rooms add even more luxury to an already luxurious experience, and feature sleek interiors and updated technology, combined with a cocooning sense of comfort. The on-going investment in guest happiness is clear, and we’re already making plans for our next stay, so we can try the new rooms for real.

Lindos Princess Beach Resort & Spa is more than just a resort, it’s a place that stays in your heart long after your family holiday in Rhodes is over. And its easy mix of family-friendly activities, great dining, welcoming staff, and a beautiful setting, as well as the ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude, now puts it at the top of our all-time favourite family resorts’ list.
From the moment we arrived, we felt looked after, with someone always ready to help with anything we needed. That warmth and attentiveness made a real difference, whether it was helping us navigate the activity schedule, making sure the kids had everything they wanted, or simply greeting us with a smile.
We left with so many happy memories of playing games as a family, watching the kids take to the stage, dining under the warm evening sky, and soaking in the natural beauty of the surroundings. It’s rare to find a resort that balances relaxation and entertainment so perfectly, but Lindos Princess Beach Resort & Spa does just that, and we can’t wait to come back and do it all again.
