For your chance to win a holiday at ROBINSON AGADIR just answer the question below. The prize is a 7-night stay for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 17 or younger), including all-inclusive made by ROBINSON throughout your stay, as well as access to ROBY CLUB for 3 to 17 year olds.

  • Terms and conditions
    • 1. The competition is organised by Robinson Club GmbH, Karl Wiechert-Allee 23, 30625 Hanover, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “ROBINSON”). The entry requirements, competition duration, prize, and information on choosing the winner can be found in the competition description and, additionally, in these conditions of participation.
    • 2. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of Robinson Club GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.
    • 3. Participation is free of charge and is independent from booking a trip or purchasing other services. To take part in the competition, the competition questions, which can be found under https://familytraveller.com/ must be answered correctly. To do this, the participant must register between 13/09/2024 and 25/10/2024 with a valid email address. The participant is responsible for providing accurate and timely data. If the contact details provided are incorrect (e.g. email address), ROBINSON is not obliged to investigate and any disadvantages arising from this shall be borne solely by the participant.
    • 4. On 25/10/2024 a winner will be drawn from all participants who have registered for the competition in good time and correctly answered the competition questions. The winner will be drawn at random and then contacted.
    • 5. The winner will receive a hotel voucher. The hotel voucher exclusively includes a stay (7 nights) in a family room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) at the ROBINSON Club AGADIR incl. all-inclusive made by ROBINSON. All-inclusive includes breakfast, lunch and dinner (main meals) from the buffet as well as drinks (soft drinks, beer, table wine, filter coffee and tea) offered at the club all day. The hotel voucher can only be redeemed subject to availability and only until 31.12.2025. Travel to and from the hotel and any tourist taxes are not included in the prize and must be paid by the winner. The costs for catering over and above the all-inclusive offer, for voluntary additional services on site and for additional expenses incurred by the winner shall also be borne by the winner.
    • 6. The winner will be notified by email to the email address they provided when completing the registration form. The winner must confirm the prize in writing to ROBINSON within 14 days (reconfirmation). If the winner renounces the prize or does not reconfirm within the deadline, the prize will be cancelled and ROBINSON is entitled to award the prize to another winner. The hotel voucher is issued via email. To process and redeem the hotel voucher, the winner must contact ROBINSON independently and in good time. The hotel stay can only commence under the conditions and at the times specified by ROBINSON. If a hotel stay does not commence during the period stated above, the hotel voucher will expire without replacement. Notably, ROBINSON does not guarantee that the prize can actually be claimed by the winner.
    • 7. The prize cannot be exchanged or altered. Cash payment of the prize, even in part, is excluded. Prize claims cannot be transferred to other persons.
    • 8. The following applies for hotel vouchers: The redemption conditions stated on the voucher apply. ROBINSON is not liable for loss of the voucher and will not provide a replacement. Hotel vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the selected winner.
    • 9. The competition may only be used for private purposes. The competition, the content transmitted or produced with it, and the websites and their content, in whole or in part, are not permitted to be used commercially or in business dealings by participants or third parties. Participants and third parties may not offer the competition, the content transported or produced with it, access to the websites or their content to third parties, either in return for payment or as part of sponsored services, and may not distribute the content of the websites themselves or keep it in stock for distribution or other commercial use.
    • 10. ROBINSON is entitled to exclude participants who infringe the rights of third parties or otherwise violate these conditions of participation from taking part in the competition without prior notice or warning if there are objective grounds for suspicion. If such circumstances or suspicions are only recognised later, the prize may also be subsequently withdrawn.
    • 11. ROBINSON reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time, taking into account the respective interests and reasonableness, if it cannot be carried out as planned. This applies in particular in the event of computer viruses, software and/or hardware errors occurring and/or for other technical reasons that entail a more than insignificant impairment. This also applies in the event that the implementation is more than insignificantly impaired or excluded for legal reasons, as well as in the event of manipulation or attempted manipulation that affects the administration, security, integrity and/or regular and proper implementation of the competition. In this respect, it is pointed out that the availability and function of the competition cannot be guaranteed. The competition can be cancelled or removed at any time without this giving rise to any claims by the participant against ROBINSON.
    • 12. The participant grants ROBINSON and TUI group companies the right to use and exploit the content (texts, images, etc.) posted for participation in the competition for advertising and marketing purposes without any time or geographical restrictions. The rights of use and exploitation referred to in this paragraph include in particular the right to store data, edit, publish, communicate to the public, transfer to third parties, the right to broadcast, the right to use in advertising and the right to reproduce, including the right to grant sub-licences.
    • 13. Claims for damages against ROBINSON are excluded, irrespective of the legal grounds, unless ROBINSON, its legal representatives or vicarious agents have acted wilfully or with gross negligence. ROBINSON shall only be liable for slight negligence if ROBINSON, its legal representatives or executive employees or vicarious agents have violated a contractual obligation that is essential for fulfilling the purpose of the contract. This limitation of liability shall not apply in the event of claims for damages resulting from injury to life, limb or health or the assumption of a guarantee of quality or fraudulent concealment of defects on the part of ROBINSON. Insofar as ROBINSON is liable for slight negligence, the claim for damages shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. The exclusion of liability shall also apply to ROBINSON's affiliated companies and to the personal liability of ROBINSON's employees, workers, staff, representatives, shareholders and vicarious agents and/or ROBINSON's affiliated companies.
    • 14. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become void, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall in no way be affected. The conditions of participation can be changed by ROBINSON at any time without separate notification, taking into account the respective interests and reasonableness. Legal recourse is excluded regarding drawing the winner and the possible judgement of the competition entries submitted. Should a legal dispute arise nevertheless, the participant agrees that any court and legal costs incurred in the statutory amount - or in a reasonable amount if no statutory amount is prescribed - which serve a necessary legal defence shall be borne by the party that has lost a legally binding court case. The winning party is entitled to be reimbursed in this respect.
    • 15. By taking part in the competition, the participant recognises these conditions of participation.
    • 16. It is possible to withdraw from the competition at any time during the competition period. A corresponding notification can be sent informally to the ROBINSON marketing department via the email address crm@robinson.com and will subsequently lead to exclusion from participation in the competition.
