    • The “Visit Pensacola’s – The Way To Beach™ Family Traveller Competition” begins on 10 January 2024 and ends 17th May 2024.
    • The sponsor of this competition is Visit Pensacola, 1401 E. Gregory Street, Pensacola, FL 32502.
    • The administrators of this Sweepstakes are Visit Pensacola and Showcase Pensacola, 4400 Bayou Blvd. #34, Pensacola, FL 32503.
    • Entrants must be resident in Canada and aged over 18 years.
    • Entrants must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the email address identified on the entry form.
    • Employees, owners, shareholders, officers and directors of Sponsor, and Administrator, Travel Agent and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, agents, representatives, promotion and advertising agencies together with the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such persons are not eligible to participate in the competition.
    • Eligible Entrants may enter the competition by visiting https://familytraveller.com/ca/pensacola/ and following the on-screen instructions to access the entry form.
    • Entrant must provide all of the information requested.
    • Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries will be disqualified.
    • All information provided by Entrants becomes the property of Sponsor.
    • Participation in the competition constitutes entrant's understanding of, full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules.
    • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant that Sponsor determines to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. Sponsor's decision not to enforce a specific provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision of the Official Rules generally.
    • Sponsor has the right to change the Sweepstakes Period, and all other dates or deadlines set in connection with this Sweepstakes, at any time and in its sole discretion.
    • Winner will be notified by email via the email address provided on the entry form.
    • There is one (1) Grand Prize available consisting of one (1) 7-night trip for the winning family (2 adults, 2 children) to Pensacola , Florida (the “Trip”). The Trip includes: 1. Air transportation vouchers, for the winner and up to three (3) Guests to Pensacola, Florida from a Canada airport served by Airlines with flights to Pensacola International Airport (PNS), (as selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor). Winner will receive one (1) flight voucher per traveler, and each voucher will have a value of $1,500 per person to be used against selected flights. 2. Winner and Guests will be responsible for securing any transportation to/from the closest served airport to their home, any costs not covered by the provided flight voucher, and will be responsible for contacting the Travel Agent to securing their flights using the provided voucher; 3. Vacation rental accommodations for the winning party for seven (7) consecutive nights is included. (valued at up to $1,600 total). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Trip: $7,600.00
    • All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above, including, but not limited to, taxes, tips, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, entertainment, souvenirs, transfers, insurance, as well as seat assignment or baggage fees determined by selected airline are winner’s sole responsibility.
    • Winner and Guest must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government issued photo ID and/or Passport) prior to departure. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of Grand Prize.
    • All parts of the prize are subject to availability and blackout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning.
    • Any personal information supplied by you to Sponsor will be subject to its privacy policy posted at https://www.visitpensacola.com/privacy-policy/. By entering the Sweepstakes, Entrant grants Sponsor permission to collect, use and share Entrant’s email address and any other personally identifiable information with the other Sweepstakes Entities for the purpose of Sweepstakes administration and Grand Prize fulfillment.
    • To obtain the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to “Visit Pensacola’s – Family Traveller Competition" Winner or Rules, 1401 E. Gregory Street, Pensacola, FL 32502. Requests must be received no later than September 30, 2024.
    • The winning trip must be completed within 12 months of the competition winner accepting their prize.
